Amendments to the Standard Agreements on Subsoil Use Conditions

By Order No. 3053 dated 12 December 2025, the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Standard Agreements on Subsoil Use Conditions”:

• – introduced amendments to the Standard Agreement on Subsoil Use Conditions for the Purpose of Geological Exploration, including Pilot and Industrial Development, of Mineral Resources with Subsequent Extraction of Mineral Resources (industrial development of deposits), approved by Order of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine dated 28 March 2023 No. 176 (as amended by Order of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine dated 15 July 2025 No. 1416), by setting it out in a new wording;
• – introduced amendments to the Standard Agreement on Subsoil Use Conditions for the Purpose of Mineral Extraction, approved by Order of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine dated 28 March 2023 No. 176 (as amended by Order of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine dated 15 July 2025 No. 1416), by setting it out in a new wording.
