And Why Was This Decision Applied Retroactively?

Pursuant to Order dated 6 January 2026 No. 4, the State Service of Geology and Subsoil of Ukraine repealed the scheduled inspections stipulated in the Annual Plan of State Supervision (Control) Activities of the State Service of Geology and Subsoil of Ukraine for 2025, as approved by Order dated 18 November 2024 No. 538.

In particular, the said Order excluded from the Annual Plan those inspection activities that were scheduled to be conducted in the period from 1 October to 22 December 2025. The Annual Plan included, inter alia, LLC “Granit LTD” (Zhytomyr Oblast) and PJSC “Tomashhorod Crushed Stone Plant” (Rivne Oblast).
