At the Request of the Association, the State Regulatory Service Addressed the Ministry for Communities and Territories Development

In 2025, the Association submitted three formal requests — on 28 February, 31 March, and 26 June — to the State Regulatory Service of Ukraine, urging it to approach the Ministry for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine regarding the publication of the report on the repeated performance monitoring of Order No. 441 of the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine dated 22 June 2022, titled:
“On Amendments to the Coefficients Applied to the Tariffs of the Freight Tariff Guide for Rail Transportation within Ukraine and Related Services.”

Only after the third request from the Association did the State Regulatory Service of Ukraine address the Ministry for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine, highlighting the need to provide the report on the repeated performance monitoring of Order No. 441 of the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine dated 22 June 2022.
