● The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, as a subject of the right of legislative initiative, registered in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine the draft Law “On Amendments to Clause 1 of the Law of Ukraine ”On Protection of Interests of Subjects of Submission of Reports and Other Documents during Martial Law or a State of War“ regarding the peculiarities of submitting reports during martial law or a state of war” (Reg. No. 13132 of March 24, 2025).

This draft law, which aims to obtain statistical information during martial law or a state of war to provide government agencies with objective official state statistical information and which is to enter into force on the day following the day of its publication, restores the submission of statistical, financial statements, consolidated financial statements together with the relevant audit reports, management report, consolidated management report, report on payments to the state and consolidated report on payments to corporate

● On March 27, 2025, the State Regulatory Service of Ukraine published on its website a notice on the discussion of the Draft Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine ”On the Permitting System in the Field of Economic Activity“ regarding the protection of the rights of business entities in the field of the permitting system”.

Taking into account the fact that crushed stone companies use permits in their business activities (which is only a special permit for the use of subsoil), the Association asks that if you have any comments and additions to this draft law, please send them with the appropriate justification to its e-mail address – avnbmu@ukr.net – by April 15, 2018.
