Supreme Court Publishes Digest of Case Law for the First Half of 2026

The Supreme Court has published on its website supreme.court.gov.ua, in the “Digests/Reviews” section, a digest of the case law of the Grand Chamber of the Supreme Court, as well as reviews of the case law of the Supreme Court’s cassation courts for the first half of 2026.

The digest of the case law of the Grand Chamber of the Supreme Court and the reviews of the case law of the Supreme Court’s Administrative Cassation Court, Commercial Cassation Court, Criminal Cassation Court and Civil Cassation Court for the first half of this year, in particular, systematize:

• – the latest approaches of the Supreme Court to resolving disputes concerning land, employment, contractual and corporate relations;
• – the outcomes of cases concerning social protection, the application of personal sanctions, disciplinary liability of judges, regulation of business activities, military registration and mobilization, protection of intellectual property rights, bankruptcy proceedings, taxation, environmental protection and other matters;
• – the specific aspects of applying the General and Special Parts of Ukraine’s criminal law.
