The Association appealed to the Ministry of Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine for the second time

The Association has once again appealed to the Ministry of Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine with a request to provide information on the re-tracking of the effectiveness of the Order of the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine dated June 22, 2022 No. 441 (hereinafter – Order No. 441), according to which, starting from June 29, 2022, tariffs for rail transportation of all types of cargo were increased by 1.7 times at once.

In response to its first appeal, the Association received a response that did not even mention the issues it had raised.

Based on the text of the letter from the Ministry of Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine, it can be concluded that the Ministry officials who prepared and signed it did not understand the essence of the issue raised by the Association, or this response is an elementary response due to the fact that the Ministry did not re-track the effectiveness of Order No. 441, since its official website in the section “Tracking the effectiveness of adopted regulatory acts” does not contain information on re-tracking the effectiveness of this order.
