The Association has received a response from the State Regulatory Service of Ukraine (SRS) to its letter regarding the submission of proposals to the draft Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine ‘On the Permit System in the Sphere of Economic Activity’ concerning the Protection of the Rights of Business Entities in the Field of the Permit System.”
