The Association’s Comments Will Be Taken into Account by the State Environmental Inspectorate of Ukraine

As previously reported (see the “News” section dated July 21, 2025), the Association opposed the proposed draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Amending the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 303 of March 13, 2022”, developed by the State Environmental Inspectorate of Ukraine. The draft envisaged the resumption of scheduled and unscheduled state supervision (control) measures in the field of environmental protection, rational use, reproduction, and conservation of natural resources, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the Basic Principles of State Supervision (Control) in the Sphere of Economic Activity”, in territories of Ukraine not affected by hostilities, without prior approval from the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine.

The Association submitted its comments to the State Environmental Inspectorate of Ukraine and the State Regulatory Service of Ukraine.

In its letter dated August 15, 2025, No. 3780/5/7-25, the State Environmental Inspectorate of Ukraine informed that “… during the further analysis of the effectiveness of the current regulation and the preparation of relevant amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 303 of 13.03.2022, the comments submitted by the Association of Nonmetallic Building Materials Producers of Ukraine in its letter of 21.07.2025 No. 29 will be reviewed and taken into account.”
