The State Statistics Service of Ukraine has developed and submitted for approval to the State Regulatory Service of Ukraine a draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine titled “On recognizing as invalid the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 118 dated January 22, 1996.”

This draft resolution, in particular, provides for:

– recognizing as invalid the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 118 dated January 22, 1996 “On the establishment of the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine” (as amended by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 499 dated June 22, 2005, with subsequent amendments);

– the termination of the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine (EDRPOU) in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Public Electronic Registers” as of the date when Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 118 dated January 22, 1996 “On the establishment of the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine” (as amended by Resolution No. 499 dated June 22, 2005, with amendments) loses its validity.
