The State Regulatory Service Returned the Draft Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers on the Resumption of Enterprise Inspections

As previously reported (see “News” section dated July 9, 2025), the State Environmental Inspectorate of Ukraine developed a draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 303 of March 13, 2022”, aimed at restoring the conduct of scheduled and unscheduled state supervision (control) measures in the field of environmental protection, rational use, reproduction, and protection of natural resources.

The Association opposed this draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers (see “News” section dated July 21, 2025).

By letter No. 3378/20-25 of July 25, 2025, the State Regulatory Service of Ukraine (SRS) returned the above-mentioned draft resolution to the State Environmental Inspectorate, citing the resignation of the Government. In the event of its re-submission, the draft will be considered in accordance with the requirements of the Rules of Procedure of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, approved by Resolution No. 950 of July 18, 2007 (as amended by Resolution No. 1156 of November 9, 2011).

Interestingly, the SRS letter No. 3378/20-25 of July 25, 2025, was published on the website of this central executive authority in the section “Register of Submitted Draft Regulatory Acts” only on August 11, 2025.
