Ukrainian Geological Survey has published the unit prices of a mining enterprise’s commercial output in the 3rd quarter of 2024

Ukrainian Geological Survey (Derzhgeonadra) has finally published the unit prices of a mining enterprise’s commercial output – extracted minerals (mineral raw materials) – in the third quarter of 2024. And this is after one month of the third quarter has already completely ended.

The Association reminds that in accordance with the Methodology for Determining the Initial Sale Price at the Auction (Electronic Bidding) of a Special Permit for Subsoil Use, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1374 dated 15 October 2004 (as amended by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 915 dated 23 September 2020):

● Depending on the cases of granting special permits for subsoil use, the initial price of the permit determined in accordance with this Methodology has the following value:

-in case of granting a permit through an auction (electronic bidding) – the price of the permit, which starts the electronic bidding for the sale of permits;

-in case of permit issuance without an auction (electronic bidding) – a fee (charge) for obtaining the permit;

● The price of a unit of commercial output of a mining enterprise – extracted minerals (mineral raw materials) – is determined as of the date of calculation and is equal (except for natural gas, oil and condensate) to the price determined in accordance with this Methodology for all other minerals by processing the initial information received from the State Tax Service of Ukraine and the State Commission of Ukraine for Mineral Resources, and the price published on the official website of the Ukrainian Geological Survey for the previous quarter, with the choice of the higher of the two;

● Publication on the official website of the Ukrainian Geological Survey of the approved price of a unit of commercial output of a mining enterprise – extracted minerals (mineral raw materials) in the form approved by the Ukrainian Geological Survey on a quarterly basis.
