Lyashchenko, V.S. Krot, O.M. Logunov, A.O. Mishin, O.S. Pertsovsky, dismissing them from their positions in accordance with Article 36(1) of the Labour Code of Ukraine, and appointed O.S. Pertsovsky as Chairman of the Management Board of Joint Stock Company \u2018Ukrainian Railways\u2019 for a term of three years, and Y.A. Lyashchenko as a member of the Management Board of Joint Stock Company \u2018Ukrainian Railways\u2019 for a term until 31 March 2025 (until the end of the contract).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O.S. Pertsovskyi has been working at JSC \u2018Ukrzaliznytsia\u2019 since 2020.
