No. 6514\/P dated October 30, 2024 \u201cOn Rejection of the Draft Law of Ukraine \u2018On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine \u2019On Transport\u201d (reg. No. 6514 dated January 13, 2022) submitted by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2) draft resolution of the Parliament of Ukraine under reg. No. 6514-1\/P of October 30, 2024 \u201cOn Rejection of the Draft Law of Ukraine \u2018On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine \u2019On Transport\u201d on the Establishment of the National Commission for State Regulation of Transport\u201d (reg. No. 6514-1 of January 31, 2022), submitted by MPs S. Shakhov, O. Lukashev and S. Velmohny;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3) draft resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine under reg. No. 3927\/P of November 01, 2024 \u201cOn Rejection of the Draft Law of Ukraine \u2018On the National Commission for State Regulation of Transport\u2019 (reg. No. 3927 of July 22, 2020), submitted by MPs Y.G. Kisel, M.M. Tyshchenko, S.D. Hryvko (10 people in total).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The reason for this was the development by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and submission to the Parliament of Ukraine of the draft Law \u201cOn the System and Peculiarities of the Functioning of the Railway Transport Market of Ukraine\u201d (Reg. No. 12142 of October 21, 2024), Article 4 of which defines the powers and rights of the National Commission for State Regulation of Transport (also see information on the EBA website in the News section for October 23).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25cf <strong>The<\/strong> <strong>Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine <\/strong>finalized the Draft Law of Ukraine \u201cOn Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine on Environmental Taxes Levied for Waste Disposal and Mining Waste Disposal\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The draft law was developed to implement the requirements of the Law of Ukraine \u201cOn Waste Management\u201d and is aimed at regulating issues related to the environmental tax levied for waste disposal and mining waste disposal by adjusting the objects, base and tax rates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25cf <strong>The Ministry of Economy of Ukraine <\/strong>has developed the Draft Law of Ukraine \u201cOn Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on Deregulation of Economic Activity\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This draft law is aimed at optimizing the existing instruments of state regulation of economic activity and abolishing irrelevant and unnecessary instruments of state regulation, in particular, in the areas of foreign economic activity, subsoil use, environmental protection and ecological safety, and handling of industrial explosives, which will help reduce the administrative and financial burden on business and establish clear and transparent regulation of economic activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Photo source:<\/em> <em>https:\/\/pixabay.com\/<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u25cf The Member of Parliament Yuriy Kisel (Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Transport and Infrastructure) registered: 1) draft resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine under reg.
