No. 6013 dated September 09, 2021 stone deep"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>At its plenary session on January 09, 2025, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted in the second reading and as a whole the Draft Law of Ukraine \u201cOn Peculiarities of Regulation of Business Activities of Certain Types of Legal Entities and Their Associations in the Transition Period\u201d (Reg. No. 6013 of September 09, 2021), introduced by the People&#8217;s Deputies of Ukraine R.O. Stefanchuk, S.V. Kalchenko, V.A. Medyanyk (more than 130 people in total).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to Article 1 of this draft law, the transitional period is the period starting from the date of entry into force of this Law and ending seven years after the date of entry into force of this Law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The said draft law, with certain exceptions, shall enter into force on the day following the day of its publication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to this draft law:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>the Commercial Code of Ukraine is repealed;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>amends a number of legislative acts of Ukraine, including the Civil Code, the Land Code, and the Law on Railway Transport;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine shall, within nine months from the date of entry into force of this Law, prepare and submit to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine proposals for amendments to the laws of Ukraine arising from this Law; bring its regulations in line with this Law; ensure that ministries and other central executive authorities bring their regulations in line with this Law;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>charters and internal regulations of enterprises shall be brought into compliance with the provisions of this Law not later than two years from the date of entry into force of this Law;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>replacement (reissuance) of licenses, permits, certificates, other permitting documents, as well as documents confirming the company&#8217;s rights to property, in connection with bringing the activities of such a company in line with the requirements of this Law is free of charge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>On the same day, i.e., January 09, 2025, individual MPs of Ukraine registered 5 draft resolutions to repeal the decision of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of January 09, 2025 on the adoption in the second reading and in general of the draft Law \u201cOn Peculiarities of Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activities of Certain Types of Legal Entities and Their Associations in the Transition Period\u201d (Reg.
