By its Resolution No. 4229-IX dated February 11, 2025 (signed on February 19, 2025), the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine approved the agenda of the thirteenth session of the ninth convocation for 2025 (Reg. No. 13011 dated February 10, 2025).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Appendix No. 1 of this agenda includes issues prepared for consideration at plenary meetings and issues to be prepared and finalized for consideration at the session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The total number of issues prepared for consideration at the plenary sessions is 667, including those for individual committees:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Committee on Law Enforcement – 116,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Committee on Social Policy and Protection of Veterans’ Rights – 99,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Committee on Human Rights, De-occupation and Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine, National Minorities and Interethnic Relations – 57,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Committee on Legal Policy – 51,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Committee on Economic Development – 49,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Committee on Humanitarian and Information Policy – 43,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Committee on Organization of State Power, Local Self-Government, Regional Development and Urban Planning – 42,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Committee on Environmental Policy and Nature Management – 33.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Appendix 2 of the agenda includes 119 draft laws that the committees of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine propose not to include in the agenda of the thirteenth session of the ninth convocation and 7 resolutions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine that are proposed to be repealed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Annex No. 3 of the agenda includes two draft laws that were included in the agenda of the twelfth session of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the ninth convocation and in respect of which applications for their withdrawal were received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Appendix 4 includes a list of 52 additional issues proposed by the People’s Deputies of Ukraine for inclusion in the agenda of the thirteenth session of the ninth convocation, approved at the meeting of the Conciliation Board of parliamentary factions (deputy groups) on February 10, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
