Recently, there has been a lot of information in the media about intergovernmental agreements between Ukraine and the United States regarding the signing of an agreement on cooperation in the extraction and processing of critical minerals, including rare earth metals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The signing of this agreement initially provided for the U.S. side to benefit from the extraction and processing of such minerals in Ukraine in exchange for further assistance from the United States.
