{"id":3290,"date":"2025-02-26T13:34:34","date_gmt":"2025-02-26T11:34:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/avnbmu.com.ua\/?p=3290"},"modified":"2025-05-06T13:43:16","modified_gmt":"2025-05-06T10:43:16","slug":"on-the-public-report-of-the-head-of-the-state-service-of-geology-and-mineral-resources-of-ukraine","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/avnbmu.com.ua\/en\/news\/on-the-public-report-of-the-head-of-the-state-service-of-geology-and-mineral-resources-of-ukraine\/","title":{"rendered":"On the public report of the Head of the State Service of Geology and Mineral Resources of Ukraine"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>On February 25, 2025, the Head of the State Service of Geology and Subsoil of Ukraine, Oleksandr Hotsynets, made a public report on the results of the agency&#8217;s work in 2024 and plans for 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The report covered, in particular, the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>&#8211; regulatory acts already adopted, further improvement of the regulatory framework and implementation of government programs in the field of subsoil use<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8211; auctions for the sale of special permits for subsoil use through the electronic system Prozorro. Sale\u201d (12 auctions were held, 148 lots were offered, 106 lots were sold for UAH 1 billion 702 million);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8211; granting special permits for subsoil use (378 special permits were granted without auctions and 100 special permits were granted based on the results of electronic auctions, 59 subsoil users used the free alienation of subsoil use rights, total revenues to the state budget from the sale of special permits amounted to more than UAH 3.5 billion)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8211; implementation of state geological control (17 unscheduled inspections of subsoil users were conducted) and digitalization of geological information (the total number of geological reports to be digitized is 113 thousand units);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8211; development of international cooperation in order to harmonize national legislation with the legislation of the European Union and the best practices of the world&#8217;s extractive industries;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8211; attracting investments in the development of Ukrainian subsoil;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8211; further updating of the subsoil user&#8217;s electronic cabinet with additional functionality (including the possibility of obtaining an electronic special permit), etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The priorities for 2025 include preparing subsoil areas for electronic bidding, as well as for tenders for production sharing agreements for subsoil areas with deposits of critical and strategic minerals; improving the efficiency of the agency and geological enterprises under its management; increasing the mineral resource base by state geological enterprises, subject to amendments to the Budget Code of Ukraine in accordance with the updated program for the development of the mineral resource base until 2030.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The materials of the report are available at the link: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geo.gov.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/derzhgeonadra-p%D1%96dsumki-2024-roku.pdf.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">https:\/\/www.geo.gov.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/derzhgeonadra-p%D1%96dsumki-2024-roku.pdf.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Photo source: https:\/\/www.freepik.com\/<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On February 25, 2025, the Head of the State Service of Geology and Subsoil of Ukraine, Oleksandr Hotsynets, made a public report on the results of the agency&#8217;s work in 2024 and plans for 2025.
