{"id":3425,"date":"2025-03-11T16:14:03","date_gmt":"2025-03-11T14:14:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/avnbmu.com.ua\/?p=3425"},"modified":"2025-06-05T16:15:37","modified_gmt":"2025-06-05T13:15:37","slug":"in-the-legislative-and-executive-authorities-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/avnbmu.com.ua\/en\/news\/in-the-legislative-and-executive-authorities-2\/","title":{"rendered":"In the Legislative and Executive Authorities"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>On March 10, 2025, the <strong>Verkhovna Rada Committee on Transport and Infrastructure<\/strong> held a meeting to consider matters related to the operations of <strong>JSC \u201cUkrzaliznytsia\u201d<\/strong>, specifically:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 the company\u2019s plans to increase railway freight tariffs and the potential consequences of such a decision, particularly for related enterprises and sectors of the economy;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 the grounds and justification for the calculation and formation of freight tariffs (depending on cargo type) and passenger transportation tariffs (including suburban transport);<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 plans for improving the company\u2019s financial performance indicators;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 eliminating opportunities for abuse in the sale and purchase of passenger train tickets, especially for high-demand international routes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The meeting was attended by <strong>Deputy Minister for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine A.V. Kashuba<\/strong> and <strong>Chairman of the Management Board of JSC \u201cUkrzaliznytsia\u201d O.S. Pertsovskyi<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Association will report on the decisions made at this meeting as soon as relevant information becomes available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25cf By Order No. 192-r dated March 7, 2025, the <strong>Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine<\/strong> dismissed<br><strong>S.S.
