{"id":3883,"date":"2025-09-08T18:11:59","date_gmt":"2025-09-08T15:11:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/avnbmu.com.ua\/?p=3883"},"modified":"2025-09-08T18:20:02","modified_gmt":"2025-09-08T15:20:02","slug":"on-government-plans","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/avnbmu.com.ua\/en\/news\/on-government-plans\/","title":{"rendered":"More Railway Wagons Coming"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>On September 3, 2025, at its plenary session, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the draft Law of Ukraine \u201cOn Approval of the Decree of the President of Ukraine \u2018On the Decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine of July 2, 2025, \u201cOn the Compulsory Seizure in Ukraine of Property Rights Objects Belonging to the Russian Federation and Its Residents\u201d\u2019 (Reg.
