{"id":3963,"date":"2025-09-29T13:11:37","date_gmt":"2025-09-29T10:11:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/avnbmu.com.ua\/?p=3963"},"modified":"2025-09-30T13:19:56","modified_gmt":"2025-09-30T10:19:56","slug":"the-cabinet-of-ministers-of-ukraine-has-adopted-the-following-resolutions","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/avnbmu.com.ua\/en\/news\/the-cabinet-of-ministers-of-ukraine-has-adopted-the-following-resolutions\/","title":{"rendered":"The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has adopted the following resolutions:"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Resolution No. 1197 of 25 September 2025<\/strong> introduced amendments to the <em>Classification of Reserves and Resources of Mineral Deposits of the State Subsoil Fund<\/em>, approved by Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 432 of 5 May 1997, by setting it forth in a new version.<br>This resolution establishes unified principles for geological and economic assessment and state accounting of mineral reserves, depending on their socio-economic and industrial significance, the level of geological exploration, and the readiness of deposits for industrial development. It also aligns the national system of accounting and calculation of reserves with the United Nations Framework Classification for Fossil Energy and Mineral Reserves and Resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Resolution No. 1189 of 25 September 2025<\/strong> introduced amendments to the <em>Procedure for the Operation of the Integrated Automated System of State Supervision (Control), the Entry of Information into It, and the Timeframes for Posting Such Information<\/em>, approved by Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 387 of 24 May 2017.<br>This resolution was adopted to implement the <em>Plan for Organizing the Implementation of the Decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine of 21 July 2025 \u201cOn the Introduction of Legal and Organizational Measures Regarding a Moratorium on Unjustified Inspections and Interference by State Authorities in Business Activities and the Stimulation of Economic Growth in Ukraine,\u201d<\/em> which was enacted by Presidential Decree No. 538\/2025 of 21 July 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The resolution regulates a number of provisions aimed at improving the risk-management process in the field of state supervision (control), in particular:<br>\u2022 when forming inspection plans, state supervisory (control) bodies will use indicators of approved risk criteria, which will make planning more substantiated;<br>\u2022 it establishes the requirement to upload to the Integrated Automated System of State Supervision (Control) the regulatory acts containing the approved risk criteria and the standardized forms of inspection reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The introduced changes are expected to enhance the effectiveness of the risk-management system, promote the efficient use of the time of officials of supervisory authorities, and increase the transparency and predictability of state supervision (control).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Photo source: www.freepik.com<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Resolution No. 1197 of 25 September 2025 introduced amendments to the Classification of Reserves and Resources of Mineral Deposits of the State Subsoil Fund, approved by Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 432 of 5 May 1997, by setting it forth in a new version.This resolution establishes unified principles for geological and economic assessment and state [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":2622,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[10],"tags":[],"aioseo_notices":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/avnbmu.com.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/3963"}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/avnbmu.com.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/avnbmu.com.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/avnbmu.com.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/avnbmu.com.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=3963"}],"version-history":[{"count":1,"href":"https:\/\/avnbmu.com.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/3963\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":3965,"href":"https:\/\/avnbmu.com.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/3963\/revisions\/3965"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/avnbmu.com.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/2622"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/avnbmu.com.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=3963"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/avnbmu.com.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories?post=3963"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/avnbmu.com.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=3963"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
