{"id":3995,"date":"2025-10-08T12:08:08","date_gmt":"2025-10-08T09:08:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/avnbmu.com.ua\/?p=3995"},"modified":"2025-10-14T12:12:24","modified_gmt":"2025-10-14T09:12:24","slug":"ministry-for-communities-development-of-ukraine-ignores-regulatory-policy-requirements","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/avnbmu.com.ua\/en\/news\/ministry-for-communities-development-of-ukraine-ignores-regulatory-policy-requirements\/","title":{"rendered":"Ministry for Communities Development of Ukraine Ignores Regulatory Policy Requirements"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>As previously reported (see <em>News<\/em> section, September 16, 2025), the <strong>Association<\/strong> appealed to the <strong>State Regulatory Service of Ukraine (SRS)<\/strong> regarding the failure of the <strong>Ministry for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine<\/strong> to submit a <strong>report on the repeated performance monitoring<\/strong> of <strong>Order No. 441<\/strong> of the <strong>Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine<\/strong> dated June 22, 2022, <em>\u201cOn Amendments to the Coefficients Applied to the Tariffs of the Tariff Guide for Freight Transportation by Rail within Ukraine and Related Services.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In response, the Association received confirmation that the SRS had <strong>officially addressed the Ministry for Communities and Territories Development<\/strong> on <strong>July 10<\/strong> and <strong>September 26, 2025<\/strong>, emphasizing the need to comply with the provisions of <strong>Article 26 of the Law of Ukraine \u201cOn the Principles of State Regulatory Policy in the Sphere of Economic Activity\u201d<\/strong> concerning the <strong>monitoring of regulatory act performance<\/strong>. However, as of today, the required monitoring report has <strong>not been submitted<\/strong> to the SRS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Association reminds that under <strong>Article 26<\/strong> of the aforementioned Law, a <strong>performance monitoring report<\/strong> for a regulatory act adopted by a central executive authority must be <strong>submitted to the authorized body<\/strong> (i.e., the State Regulatory Service of Ukraine).
