On 3 December 2025, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine approved its budget estimate for 2026 (Reg. No. 14208 dated 13 November 2025).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The total amount of funding for the Apparatus of the Verkkhovna Rada will amount to UAH 3.891 billion, which is almost UAH 740 million more than this year. UAH 2.025 billion is allocated for legislative activity, which is UAH 360 million more than in 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Funding for the operation of Parliament (maintenance, organizational, information-analytical, and material-technical support) will amount to UAH 1.785 billion, of which UAH 1.630 billion is earmarked for the payroll fund of parliamentary staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
UAH 80.874 million is allocated for coverage of the activities of the Verkhovna Rada by the parliamentary broadcasting entity and for financial support of the publication of the newspaper Holos Ukrainy<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The payroll fund for Members of Parliament will amount to UAH 1.537 billion (including social contributions).
