{"id":4396,"date":"2025-12-29T16:06:00","date_gmt":"2025-12-29T14:06:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/avnbmu.com.ua\/?p=4396"},"modified":"2026-01-03T23:11:35","modified_gmt":"2026-01-03T21:11:35","slug":"the-government-has-postponed-the-introduction-of-the-new-waste-classification-for-taxation-purposes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/avnbmu.com.ua\/en\/news\/the-government-has-postponed-the-introduction-of-the-new-waste-classification-for-taxation-purposes\/","title":{"rendered":"The Government Has Postponed the Introduction of the New Waste Classification for Taxation Purposes"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>By Resolution dated 24 December 2025 No. 1711, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine amended paragraph 2 of Resolution No. 1102 dated 20 October 2023 \u201cOn Approval of the Waste Classification Procedure and the National Waste List,\u201d pursuant to which the National Waste List and the Waste Classification Procedure for taxation purposes will apply from <strong>1 January 2027<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The postponement will allow for the completion of the preparation and adoption of amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine to align waste classification with applicable tax rates.
