{"id":4447,"date":"2026-01-08T13:01:00","date_gmt":"2026-01-08T11:01:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/avnbmu.com.ua\/?p=4447"},"modified":"2026-01-08T15:09:53","modified_gmt":"2026-01-08T13:09:53","slug":"the-state-regulatory-service-of-ukraine-has-published-the-results-of-the-review-of-business-reporting","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/avnbmu.com.ua\/en\/news\/the-state-regulatory-service-of-ukraine-has-published-the-results-of-the-review-of-business-reporting\/","title":{"rendered":"The State Regulatory Service of Ukraine Has Published the Results of the Review of Business Reporting"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Within the framework of implementing the <strong>State Anti-Corruption Program for 2023\u20132025<\/strong>, the <strong>State Regulatory Service of Ukraine (SRS)<\/strong> conducted monitoring of amendments to legislative acts and other regulatory acts of public authorities aimed at optimizing the number and content of reports submitted by business entities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The monitoring was carried out based on the analysis of information provided by central executive authorities in response to requests from the SRS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the monitoring results, it was determined that in 2025 a total of <strong>86 reporting forms<\/strong> were subject to review (cancellation, repeal, or amendment), including, in particular:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>&#8211; Form No. 1-Prices (Industrial) \u2013 Report on Producer Prices of Industrial Products;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8211; Form No. 1-Waste (Annual) \u2013 Waste Report;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8211; Form No. 1-P (Monthly) \u2013 Report on the Production of Industrial Products by Type (for legal entities);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8211; Annual Report on the Implementation of the Work Program, which is an annex to the agreement on subsoil use;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8211; Tax Declaration on Rent Payments, and others.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The consolidated monitoring results are presented in the \u201cTable of Results of the 2025 Monitoring of Amendments to Legislative Acts and Other Acts of Public Authorities Aimed at Optimizing the Number and Content of Reports Submitted by Business Entities\u201d, published on the official website of the SRS as part of the information notice \u201cImplementation of Measures of the State Anti-Corruption Program for 2023\u20132025 Related to the Review of Business Reporting\u201d dated 31 December 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Photo source: freepik.com<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Within the framework of implementing the State Anti-Corruption Program for 2023\u20132025, the State Regulatory Service of Ukraine (SRS) conducted monitoring of amendments to legislative acts and other regulatory acts of public authorities aimed at optimizing the number and content of reports submitted by business entities.
