As previously reported (see information in the \u201cNews\u201d section dated December 25 and 29, 2025; January 26 and 30; February 5; and March 9, 2026), pursuant to paragraph 79 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 28, 2025, No. 300-r \u201cOn Approval of the Action Plan for the Implementation of the Recommendations of the European Commission presented in the Ukraine Progress Report under the 2024 EU Enlargement Package,\u201d the state enterprise \u201cUkrainian Research and Training Center for Standardization, Certification and Quality,\u201d which, in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated November 26, 2014, No. 1163-r, performs the functions of the national standardization body, by its orders dated August 29, 2025, No. 163\u2013272, repealed as of January 1, 2026, a significant number of national standards related to technical specifications (general technical specifications), testing methods, determination methods, safety requirements, verification methods and tools, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The list of repealed national standards (orders No. 166, 167, 195, 202, 234, 238, 241) included standards referenced in TU U V.2.7-14.1-33885138-003:2009 \u201cRubble Stone. Technical Specifications\u201d (as amended by Amendments No. 1 and 2).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Accordingly, there arose a need to introduce Amendment No. 3 to TU U V.2.7-14.1-33885138-003:2009 \u201cRubble Stone. Technical Specifications\u201d (as amended by Amendments No. 1 and 2), which would take into account all recent changes to regulatory and technical documents listed in Section 2 \u201cNormative References\u201d of these technical specifications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Therefore, the Association has concluded an Agreement with LLC \u201cUKRSYSTEMS\u201d (Rivne), a certification body with more than fifteen years of experience in product and management system certification, for the provision of services related to the review, registration, and entry into the \u201cTechnical Specifications of Ukraine\u201d database of Amendment No. 3 to TU U V.2.7-14.1-33885138-003:2009 \u201cRubble Stone. Technical Specifications.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is envisaged that Amendment No. 3 to TU U V.2.7-14.1-33885138-003:2009 \u201cRubble Stone. Technical Specifications\u201d will consist of restating the text of the technical specifications in a new edition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
