What draft regulatory acts will central executive authorities work on in 2025?

Pursuant to Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Principles of State Regulatory Policy in the Field of Economic Activity”, regulatory authorities approve plans for the preparation of draft regulatory acts for the next calendar year no later than December 15 of the current year, unless otherwise provided by law.

The draft regulatory acts to be developed by certain central executive authorities in 2025 are available here:

• The Ministry of Economy of Ukraine (Order No. 27492 dated December 4, 2024 /this is the large number of the order/);
• Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (Order No. 637 of December 13, 2024);
• Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine (Order No. 1633 of December 10, 2024);
• Ministry of Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine (Order No. 1443 of December 12, 2024);
• State Service of Geology and Subsoil of Ukraine (Order No. 562 of December 2, 2024);
• State Labor Service of Ukraine (Order No. 212 of December 13, 2024);
• State Emergency Service of Ukraine (Order No. 1321 of December 13, 2024);
• State Environmental Inspection of Ukraine (Order No. 179 of December 13, 2024).
