since 2014, the Association has repeatedly at the level of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine raised the issue of the need to create a National Commission for State Regulation in the Field of Transport (in 2020, the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine developed a draft Law of Ukraine “On the National Commission in the field of transport “and twice submitted it for approval to the State Regulatory Service of Ukraine, which in both cases refused to approve this bill)

The Association was the official partner of the First International Conference “Crushed Stone Industry 2012”, which took place from September 30 to October 2, 2012 in the city of Alushta of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, as well as the Business Forum “Crushed Stone Ukraine 2014”, which took place on September 19 2014 in Kiev;

– cancellation of the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine dated March 26, 2007 No. 402 “On approval of the List of goods indicating their codes according to UKTVED, for which the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine issues documents necessary for customs control and customs clearance of goods”, according to which crushed stone enterprises were to receive on a paid basis in the State Gemological Center of Ukraine, an expert opinion on the price gemological examination of each batch of crushed stone products (UKTVED code 2517 10), supplied for export (order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine dated December 23, 2014 No. 1224);

– cancellation of work on monitoring and scientific support of subsoil use by specialized state geological enterprises that belong to the sphere of management of the State Service of Geology and Subsoil of Ukraine (Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated January 28, 2015 No. 42);

– cancellation of the repeated state examination and assessment of mineral deposits every five years of exploitation of the subsoil site, was provided for by paragraph 25 of the Regulation on the procedure for conducting state examination and assessment of mineral reserves, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated December 22, 1994 No. 865 (Art. Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated December 18, 2017 No. 1108);

– cancellation of the order of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine dated December 9, 2019 No. 1730 “On Approval of the List of Explosive Materials Permitted for Permanent Production and Use” (Order of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine dated January 24, 2020 No. 53);

– the abolition of the rule according to which a subsoil user, in order to extend the validity of a special permit for the use of subsoil for geological exploration, geological exploration with experimental and industrial development and mining of minerals, must receive a positive opinion from a specialized state geological enterprise, institution, organization, belongs to the management of the body for issues of granting permission, based on the results of the state examination of reports on the results of geological study of subsoil, as well as other geological materials, was provided for by paragraph 27 of the previous edition of the Procedure for granting special permits for the use of subsoil, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated May 30, 2011 No. 615 (Art.
