Technical conditions for rubble stone
TU U V.2.7-14.1-33885138-003: 2009 “Rubble stone. Specifications” were developed in 2010 by CJSC” Ukrgeolbudm ” on the initiative of the “Association of Non-Metallic Construction Materials Manufacturers of Ukraine”, agreed with the relevant authorities and registered by the All-Ukrainian State Scientific and Production Center for Standardization, Metrology, Certification and Consumer Rights Protection (Ukrmetrteststandard) March 9, 2010 under No.
02568182/035504. The technical conditions were introduced for the first time (date of entry into force – March 9, 2010, effective – without limitation) and can not be applied, replicated and distributed as an official document without the permission of their owner – the Association of Producers of Nonmetallic Building Materials of Ukraine.
Due to this, the technical specifications have an advantage over the state standard DSTU B V.2.7-241:2010 “Building materials. Rubble stone. Technical Specifications”, which applies exclusively to finished products, and the warranty period of product storage is five years from the date of manufacture, after which the products must be checked for compliance with the requirements of this standard for compressive strength and frost resistance before use.
A characteristic feature of the technical specifications is that they apply not only to finished products (KB-B) for construction, but also to raw materials (KB-S) for the production of crushed stone, gravel, sand and materials from screenings of crushing rocks (i.e. the so-called “rock mass”), and the shelf life and use of products is not limited, provided that the rules of transportation, storage and use are observed.
The technical conditions indicate the scope and technical requirements (parameters and dimensions separately for KB-B and KB-S, main indicators and properties, requirements for raw materials; radiation-hygienic assessment) safety requirements; environmental protection and recycling; acceptance rules; control methods, etc. to a rubble stone.
In 2020, with the technical conditions, Amendments No. 1 were introduced regarding the verification of the validity of regulatory documents (DBN, DSTU, DNAP, GOST, SNiP, GOS, etc.) with the introduction of the necessary changes; adjustments to the size of the volume of pieces of rubble stone, which is classified by areas of application; additions and statements in the new edition of individual sections (their divisions, clauses, paragraphs) and which were registered by the state enterprise “Kharkov Scientific and Production Center for Standardization, Metrology and Certification” on October 22, 2020 under No. 02568182/035504/01.
In 2021, along with the technical conditions were imposed Amendments No. 2, concerning the replacement of the minimum linear size of rubble stone as a raw material (KB-S) and which were registered by the state enterprise “Kharkov Scientific and Production Center for Standardization, Metrology and Certification” on May 20, 2021 under No. 02568182 / 035504/02.
