About us
The Association of Aggregates Producers of Ukraine is a non-governmental and independent association of enterprises engaged in the extraction of minerals for the production of aggregates building materials (crushed stone, rubble stone, screenings, etc.). The purpose of the Association is to provide information, consulting and scientific support to the enterprises, to solve common economic and social problems, as well as to protect the rights and interests of its members, including legislative and legal guarantees of their business activities.
The Association was founded in January 2006.

2005
The meeting of the heads of 15 crushed stone enterprises, which was held by the initiative of Klesiv Quarry of Non-Metallic Minerals Technobud and LLC Sipan LTD, at which they expressed an idea of establishment of the Association of Non-Metallic Construction Materials Manufacturers of Ukraine.

Cutting of the basic norm of the subsoil use fee for the extraction of building stone twice (from UAH 2 / m to UAH 1 / m per unit of repaid reserves), which was reflected in Annex 1 to the Law of Ukraine of November 30, 2006. № 398-V “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on Taxation”.
2008
At the initiative of the Association, the Law of Ukraine No. Z309-VI “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine” dated June 3, 2008, amended Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Land Lease” and the second paragraph of the first part of Article 124 of the Land Code of Ukraine, as well as the Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 610-r “Some Issues of Disposal of Forest Land” dated April 10, 2008.
2009
Development of technical conditions TU U B.2.7-14.1-33885138-003: 2009 “Crushed stone. Technical conditions ”, which are the property of the Association and which apply both to the rubble stone used for construction and to the raw materials for the production of crushed stone products.
Establishment, by agreement with the State Administration of Railway Transport of Ukraine (now Ukrainian Railways), of a deferred discount of up to 10% to the tariffs of the Collection of Tariffs for the Transportation of Goods within Ukraine and Related Services for enterprises producing non-metallic materials.
2011
Initiating a procedure to cancel the order of the State Service of Geology and Subsoil of Ukraine No. 155 “On Approval of the Regulation on Monitoring and Scientific Support of Subsoil Use” dated November 16, 2011, through the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (according to this order, all work was to be carried out by specialized state geological enterprises on a paid basis).
2012
The Association was the official partner of the First International Conference “Construction Aggregates Industry 2012”, which took place from September 30 to October 2, 2012 in Alushta, the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
2014
The Association was an official partner and co-organizer of the business forum “Crushed stone of Ukraine 2014”, which took place on September 19, 2014 in Kyiv.
The Association initiated the procedure for canceling the repeated state examination and assessment of mineral deposits reserves every five years of subsoil use.
2016
Initiating the procedure for abolishing the need to obtain a positive opinion of a specialized state geological enterprise to extend the validity of a special permit for subsoil use.
2018
The Association participated in the III Construction Congress of Ukraine “Subsoil of Ukraine – a chance and losses of builders”, which was held on June 15, 2018 in Kyiv.
2020
At the initiative of the Association, the Order of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine dated December 9, 2019, No. 1730 “On Approval of the List of Explosive Materials Approved for Permanent Production and Use” was canceled.
2021
Nowadays, the Association includes crushed stone enterprises located in 14 regions of Ukraine.
The General Meeting of its members is held regularly to discuss the most relevant issues for crushed stone companies, specialists of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, the State Tax Service of Ukraine, the former State Agency of Land Resources of Ukraine, the State Gemological Center of Ukraine.
