For the attention of subsoil users

On January 20, 2025, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine published on its official website information on the restoration of access to the unified and state registers kept by this Ministry.

According to paragraph 2 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1445 dated December 20, 2024 “On Suspension of Administrative Proceedings Due to Temporary Restriction of Access to Unified and State Registers Owned by the Ministry of Justice”, the terms of provision of public (electronic public) services, which are provided by law using unified and state registers owned by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, are restored.

Accordingly, the State Service of Geology and Subsoil of Ukraine posted on its official website in the “News” section that the electronic identification procedures in the subsoil user’s electronic cabinet on the State Geological Web Portal (nadra.gov.ua) have been fully restored, in particular, the submission of reporting form No. 5-gr (solid combustible, metallic and non-metallic minerals) in the subsoil user’s electronic cabinet without restrictions.

In order to ensure the proper and timely formation of the State Balance of Mineral Reserves for 2024, the State Service of Geology and Mineral Resources of Ukraine requests that the reporting form No. 5-gr (solid combustible, metallic and non-metallic minerals) be submitted electronically by March 1, 2025.
