The State Service of Geology and Subsoil of Ukraine, by Order No. 112 of April 2, 2025, instructed its structural units to organize work on consideration of citizens’ appeals and provision of access to public information, which it manages, and imposed personal responsibility on the heads of structural units for non-compliance with the Law of Ukraine “On Citizens’ Appeals” and the Law of Ukraine “On Access to Public Information”.
