Changes in legislation – please note!

By its Resolution No. 334 dated March 25, 2025, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine amended the Methodology for Determining the Initial Sale Price at an Auction (Electronic Bidding) for a Special Permit for Subsoil Use, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1374 dated October 15, 2004 (as amended).

The Association reminds that depending on the cases of granting special permits for subsoil use, the initial price of the permit determined in accordance with this Methodology has the following meaning:

• in case of granting a special permit through an auction (electronic bidding) – the price of the permit, which starts the electronic bidding for the sale of permits;
• in case of granting a special permit without an auction (electronic bidding) – the fee (charge) that is levied for obtaining the permit.
