● By his Decree No. 235/2025 dated April 15, 2025, the President of Ukraine extended the martial law in Ukraine from May 9, 2025 for a period of 90 days (until August 06, 2025 inclusive) and submitted to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine the draft Law “On Approval of the Decree of the President of Ukraine ‘On Extension of the Martial Law in Ukraine’ (Reg. No. 13172 dated April 15, 2025).

This Decree is to enter into force simultaneously with the entry into force of the Law of Ukraine “On Approval of the Decree of the President of Ukraine ‘On Extension of the Martial Law in Ukraine’.

● The State Tax Service of Ukraine has drafted and submitted for approval to the State Regulatory Service of Ukraine a draft Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine “On Approval of Amendments to the Form of the Rent Tax Return”, which is to enter into force on the date of its official publication.
