Selected Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine:

1. By Resolution No. 946 of August 6, 2025, approved the Forecast of Economic and Social Development of Ukraine for 2026–2028, setting out the key projected macroeconomic and social development indicators of Ukraine for 2026–2028 (gross domestic product, consumer price index, average monthly wages of employees, number of persons aged 15–70 employed in economic activities, labor productivity, exports and imports of goods and services, etc.).
2. By Resolution No. 953 of August 8, 2025, “On Amendments to Certain Acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Regarding the Coordination of the Activities of Central Executive Authorities”, introduced amendments to paragraph 1 of Section III of the scheme for directing and coordinating the activities of central executive authorities by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine through the respective members of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, as approved by Resolution No. 442 of September 10, 2014, “On the Optimization of the System of Central Executive Authorities”, setting it out in a new version.
3. By Order No. 847-r of August 13, 2025, appointed Leonid Yevhenovych Muzykus as First Deputy Head of the State Service of Geology and Mineral Resources of Ukraine, effective from the date of commencement of his official duties, for a term not exceeding 12 months from the day of termination or cancellation of martial law, with remuneration in accordance with the legislation, and subject to a two-month probationary period.

According to the YouControl system, prior to this appointment L.Ye. Muzykus served as First Deputy Director General of the state enterprise National Information Systems (Kyiv), established by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in May 2015, whose main purpose is the creation, development, maintenance, support, improvement, modernization, and technical servicing of Unified and State Registers, automated systems, databases, and other information systems.
