Export and Import of Crushed Stone Products in the First Half of 2025

According to the State Statistics Service of Ukraine, based on foreign trade data for selected commodity groups by country, the volume of exports and imports of pebbles, gravel, crushed or broken stone, commonly used as aggregate for concrete, road and railway ballast, or other ballast (including flint, whether or not heat-treated) (UCGFEA code 2517100000) in the first six months of 2025 amounted to:

• Exports (to 8 countries) – 529.567 thousand tonnes, including:
  • Poland – 359.499 thousand tonnes
  • Moldova – 169.692 thousand tonnes
  • Lithuania – 0.262 thousand tonnes
• Imports (from 11 countries) – 35.293 thousand tonnes, including:
  • Turkey – 27.605 thousand tonnes
  • Poland – 3.647 thousand tonnes
  • Romania – 1.933 thousand tonnes
  • Slovakia – 1.631 thousand tonnes
