State Labor Service of Ukraine Commits to Considering the Association’s Proposals

In response to the Association’s appeal to the State Labor Service of Ukraine (see “News” section dated August 25, 2025) regarding amendments to the List of High-Risk Activities, the Association has received a reply stating, in particular, that “the Association’s proposals will be taken into account during the preparation of draft amendments to the relevant regulatory legal acts.”

The letter from the Mining Supervision Department of the State Labor Service of Ukraine, dated September 17, 2025, No. 3481/8/8.1-25a, is attached.
