The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted in the first reading the Draft Law “On the Fundamental Principles of State Supervision (Control)” (registration No. 14030 dated September 11, 2025).

The Draft Law has been developed with the purpose of improving the principles of state supervision (control), unifying the procedure for carrying out measures of state supervision (control), as well as eliminating ineffective and burdensome provisions of state control contained in the current Law of Ukraine “On the Fundamental Principles of State Supervision (Control) in the Sphere of Economic Activity.”
