OJSC “Berestovetskyi Special Quarry” Declared Bankrupt

By a ruling of the Commercial Court of Rivne Region dated October 15, 2025, in case No. 918/1184/24:

• The Open Joint-Stock Company “Berestovetskyi Special Quarry” (village of Berestovets, Kostopil District, Rivne Region) was declared bankrupt, and a liquidation procedure was initiated for a period of 12 months;
• An insolvency practitioner (arbitration manager) was appointed as the liquidator;
• The business activities of the bankrupt entity were terminated;
• The powers of the management bodies of the bankrupt concerning the administration and disposal of its property were terminated as of October 15, 2025;
• The liquidator (arbitration manager) was ordered to submit to the court the liquidation balance sheet and a report of the liquidator by October 15, 2026.
