State Funds for the Construction of Roads to Private Resorts

At least UAH 9 billion from Ukraine’s 2026 state budget is planned to be allocated for the construction and major overhaul of motor roads in Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast leading to private resorts, including the most well-known one, Bukovel. The works were commissioned by the Service for Restoration and Development of Infrastructure in Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast, and large contracts concluded with PBS LLC provide for financing without waiting for the end of the war.

Specifically, the Service for Restoration and Development of Infrastructure in Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast has already signed two contracts with PBS LLC for the capital repair of motor roads with a total value of UAH 2.46 billion. In addition, a tender is planned for further road repair works amounting to another UAH 6.6 billion.
