The Association Insists on the Repeal of Orders Issued by SE “UkrNDNC”

The Association has formally addressed the Minister of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture of Ukraine, O.D. Soboliev, urging the prompt resolution of the issue concerning the immediate repeal of Orders of the State Enterprise “Ukrainian Research and Training Center for Standardization, Certification and Quality” (SE “UkrNDNC”) dated 29 August 2025 Nos. 163–272 and 275–308 “On the Repeal of National Standards.” The Association further insists that the repeal of the relevant national standards be considered only after the termination of martial law in Ukraine and subject to the development of new standards to replace them.

The Association’s appeal to the leadership of the Ministry of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture of Ukraine is based on the fact that, pursuant to paragraph 1 of its Regulation approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 21 July 2025 No. 903, this Ministry is the principal authority within the system of central executive bodies responsible, inter alia, for the formulation and implementation of state policy in the fields of technical regulation, standardization, metrology, and metrological activities.
