● At its meeting on 4 February 2026, the Committee on Social Policy and Protection of Veterans’ Rights discussed the provisions of the draft Labour Code of Ukraine (Reg. No. 14386 dated 15 January 2026) and recommended that the draft law be included on the agenda of the current session and adopted at first reading.

● At its meeting on 11 February 2026, the Committee on Transport and Infrastructure plans to consider the expediency of splitting the Ministry for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine and separating from it an independent central executive authority responsible for transport and infrastructure.

1. By Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1343 of 2 December 2022, “Certain Issues of Optimising the System of Central Executive Authorities,” the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine was renamed the Ministry for Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine, and the Ministry for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine was reorganised through its merger into the Ministry for Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine.
2. By Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1028 of 6 September 2024, the Ministry for Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine was renamed the Ministry for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine.
