Amendments to the Methodology for Normative Monetary Valuation of Land Plots

By Resolution No. 495 dated April 20, 2026, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine introduced amendments to the Methodology for Normative Monetary Valuation of Land Plots, approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1147 dated November 3, 2021.

In particular, the amendments concern the following issues:

– determining the resident population in cases where data from the State Statistics Service of Ukraine on the resident population as of January 1 of the year preceding the valuation year is unavailable;

– the location of land plots within multiple valuation zones and/or administrative-territorial units, and/or territories of territorial communities, and/or forest categories;

– a revised version of the Extract from the technical documentation on the normative monetary valuation of land plots (Annex 17 to the Methodology).
