Change in the Composition of the Supervisory Board of JSC “Ukrzaliznytsia”

According to the press office of JSC “Ukrzaliznytsia,” Mr. O.M. Kamyshin, a member of the Company’s Supervisory Board, has decided to terminate his mandate ahead of schedule. His term of office will conclude on 29 December 2025.

In his capacity as an Adviser to the President of Ukraine on strategic matters, Mr. Kamyshin is coordinating a number of key defense projects and initiating new ones, which currently require his full attention. Consequently, he is stepping down from representing the interests of the state on the Supervisory Board of JSC “Ukrzaliznytsia.”

JSC “Ukrzaliznytsia” will provide further updates in due course. The appointment of a new state representative to the Company’s Supervisory Board will be carried out in strict compliance with applicable laws and established procedures.
