Freight Transport Volumes by Rail
According to the State Statistics Service of Ukraine, in January–April 2026 the volume of freight transported by all modes of transport increased by 5.0% compared to the corresponding period in 2025 and amounted to 104.4 million tonnes. The largest volumes of freight were transported by rail — 48.0 million tonnes — and by road transport — 45.9 million tonnes.
