In central executive bodies

On March 20, 2025, Order of the Ministry of Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine No. 376 of February 28, 2025 “On Approval of the List of Territories in which Military Operations are (were) Conducted or Temporarily Occupied by the Russian Federation” came into force.

At the same time, the Order of the Ministry of Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine No. 309 of December 22, 2022 “On Approval of the List of Territories in which Military Operations are (were) Conducted or Temporarily Occupied by the Russian Federation” was recognized as invalid.

Today, there are crushed stone enterprises in the temporarily occupied territories that were once accepted and were members of the Association:

1. PJSC “Telmanivsky Quarry” (Donetsk region, Kalmius district, Boikivske village / until May 2016, Telmanove village).
2. PJSC Novopoltavsky Quarry (Zaporizhzhia region, Berdiansk (until July 2020 Chernihiv) district, Chernihiv settlement territorial community, Novopoltavka village).
