– By Resolution No. 615 dated May 27, 2025, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine introduced amendments to the Charter of the Joint Stock Company “Ukrainian Railways”, approved by Resolution No. 735 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated September 2, 2015, “On Issues of the Joint Stock Company ‘Ukrainian Railways’,” by adopting its revised version.

– On May 31, 2025, the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine published on its official website a draft Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses Regarding the Improvement of Liability for Offenses in the Field of Waste Management.”

The draft law has been developed to implement the provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On Waste Management” and to improve administrative liability for violations of legal requirements in the field of waste management.
