● The State Statistics Service of Ukraine by its Order No. 265 dated 8 November 2024 approved the general table (list) of forms of state statistical observations for 2025.

The said table was developed in accordance with the plan of state statistical observations for 2025, approved by the Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1003-r dated 15 October 2024, in order to ensure the availability, publicity and openness of information on state statistical observations.

This order is available on the website of the State Statistics Service of Ukraine: www.ukrstat.gov.ua (section ‘Documents’, subsection ‘Normative and regulatory acts of the State Statistics Service’).

● The Ukrainian Geological Survey has developed a draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine ‘On Amendments to the Procedure for Holding an Auction (Electronic Bidding) for Sale of Special Permits for Subsoil Use’.

The draft act proposes to amend the Procedure for holding an auction (electronic bidding) for the sale of a special permit for subsoil use, approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 993 dated 23 September 2020, providing, in particular:

• bringing the provisions of the Procedure in line with the requirements of Articles 14, 16, 181 of the Subsoil Code of Ukraine, the requirements of environmental legislation and the requirements of legislation on the protection of cultural heritage sites;
• expanding the grounds for withdrawing a lot from the sale;
• adding grounds for depriving the winner of the right to obtain a special permit for subsoil use.
