The State Regulatory Service of Ukraine left without consideration the draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Approval of the Procedure for State Control over Compliance with Labor Legislation and Amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 303 dated March 13, 2022” developed by the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine due to non-compliance with Article 21 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Principles of State Regulatory Policy in the Field of Economic Activity”.

The purpose of this draft resolution is to create a transparent and effective mechanism of state control over compliance with labor legislation aimed at identifying undeclared labor relations, reliable accounting of work performed by employees and labor costs. The adoption of this act will ensure the protection of employees’ rights, help fight the shadow economy, increase the level of social guarantees and create conditions for fair and healthy competition among employers.
