The Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine has developed the Draft Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Amendments to Certain Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Concerning Cancellation of Irrelevant State Regulatory Instruments in the Field of Environmental Protection”.

The draft resolution proposes to amend a number of resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in order to eliminate irrelevant and outdated state regulation instruments, in particular, permits for special use of natural resources in terms of minerals use in accordance with the Regulation on the Procedure for Issuing Permits for Special Use of Natural Resources within the Territories and Objects of the Nature Reserve Fund, approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 459 dated August 10, 1992.
