On February 13, 2025, the State Service of Geology and Subsoil of Ukraine posted on its website a revised draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Criteria for Assessing the Degree of Risk from Conducting Economic Activities in the Field of Geological Exploration and Rational Use of Subsoil and Determining the Frequency of Scheduled State Supervision (Control) by the State Service of Geology and Subsoil”.
